A refreshing twist to our signature Pistachio Cake, we’re adding lots of citrus to this fruity favourite. This pistachio cake is soaked in a zingy tangerine syrup but still topped with that familiar not-too-sweet yoghurt frosting. The cake is then laden auspiciously with much golden citrus fruit and red-berried treasures. A fitting centrepiece to any CNY feast!
Storage instructions: Best served chilled on the same day to ensure the fruit are at their finest. Store chilled in the fridge.
