Previously an off-menu favourite among our regulars, our Trifle is a true showstopper! Layers of vanilla custard, berries in jelly, butter cake, and lots of lychees and berry compote.
Keep it well chilled and it will reward you with generous spoonfuls — whether as an after-meal centrepiece for up to 10 pax, or eaten straight from the jar in front of the TV (you’ll have leftovers!), or gifted to your friends as an edible terrarium.
